Overview of the Story
Qu Tan Er is the second daughter of the Qu family. She is in love with the king’s elder son, Mo Yi Huai, but she is being pushed to marry, Yi Huai’s younger brother, Mo Lian Cheng (Xing Zhao Lin), the eighth prince of the Dong Yue Kingdom. Disappointed with the forced marriage, Tan Er tries to commit suicide, only to awaken from her failed attempt with the spirit of another woman also taking up a place in her body. The modern Xiao Tan has the opposing personality of Tan Er, joyful and assertively strong. She is stuck in the past world and has so far been unsuccessful in her tries to find a way back to modern times. Whenever one of the women speaks a lie, the other character would take over the body.

Review of The Eternal Love
The Eternal love is a historical chinese drama with Time-travelling, comdey- romcom having 24 episodes adapted from the novel “Hilarious Pampered Consort: Lord I Will Wait for Your Divorce” with its own chinese sequel eternal love 2. you can watch it free at WETV, Viki, Yo Yo English Channel, and Yo Yo TV too subbed in english and avaiable in ither language also. The Eternal Love 1 stars Liang Jie as Qu Tan’er who is Second daughter of the Qu family and she is also Qu Xiaotan who is a property agent living in the 21st century, who accidentally time-travels back to the era of Dongyue Kingdom and our own handsome male lead Xing Zhaolin as Mo Liancheng being the 8th prince of Dongyue Kingdom who appears as a frail scholar, but is skilled in martial arts too.They are very sweet and bickering couple from a enimies to lovers type love story which makes it more intersting.
The story starts with the scnce when after attempting suicide due to her feelings for Mo Yihuai, Qu Tan’er (Liang Jielife )’s is altered by an unforeseeable occurrence (Wang Ruichang). She awakens to discover that another person, Qu Xiaotan, who has time-traveled from the current world, has inhabited her body. Both ladies have distinct personalities, with Qu Tan’er being polite and obedient and Qu Xiaotan being wild and uncontrolled; anytime one of them lies, the other takes over their shared body. Duty leads Qu Tan’er (Xing Zhaolin) to marry Mo Liancheng (Xing Zhaolin), resulting in an unexpected romance between two individuals pushed together by circumstance: in reality, although Tan’er remains in love with Yihuai, Liancheng falls in love with contemporary girl Xiaotan.
Mo Lian Cheng, the eighth prince of Dongyue, is compelled to marry Qu Tan Er, who is already in love with Mo Lian Cheng’s elder brother, Mo Yi Huai. Before the wedding can take place, Qu Tan Er attempts suicide. Instead of dying, Qu Tan Er awakens with the spirit of Xiao Tan, a modern-day real estate salesperson, in her body. When one of them passes out or says a falsehood that contradicts the sentiments they have in their hearts, the soul in charge of Qu Tan Er’s body shifts.
Although Qu Tan Er’s body resembles Xiao Tan’s original body on the outside, their spirits are separate and their personalities are completely different. . Xiao Tan is boisterous, mischievous, and brash, whereas Qu Tan Er is peaceful and elegant. Mo Lian Cheng is suspicious of Qu Tan Er because of her history with Mo Yi Huai and her several personalities, but he quickly falls in love with Xiao Tan. Xiao Tan tries every means she can think of to get back to her own time, but nothing works. Is it possible for Xiao Tan to return to the present world?
One of the never forgetable scence was when When Xiao Tan is willing to die for Lian Cheng, After learning that Lian Cheng would die at the age of 25, Xiao Tan discovers that the Soul Suppressing Orb can rescue him. The orb, however, only identifies Xiao Tan as its owner, and she would have to die for it to be passed on to someone else. As a result, Xiao Tan valiantly sacrifices herself, as she would do everything for her true love, but is halted in her tracks by Lian Cheng. He then begins to… kiss her concerns and fears away.
Ending of The Eternal Love
Qu Xiao Tan can get revenge on her legitimate mother by revealing her part in Mo Li Chen’s tried assassination and her romance with a male servant. As a result, Qu Xiao Tan’s legitimate mother commits suicide, which causes Qu Pan’er mad and attempts to kill Qu Xiao Tan. It never ends.
